If you open Ad-Aware - normally I leave a short cut on your desktop - if not go
start | all programs | Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal | Ad-Aware SE Personal - you will see this image
Left click "Check for updates now" above the blue Start box.
Click NEXT to continue or PREVIOUS to go back.
